Consumers call in to your Center of Excellence (COE) via a RealTime PSO toll-free number. Consultants can deliver consultations on demand using RealTime PSO telephony and unified communication features. RealTime PSO supports, out of box, an hourly flat rate bill model but can be configured to support other time increments. Practice bill rates may also be configured to match a consultant’s skillsets.


A consultation is considered a micro engagement.

Practice’s may accept payment for Deliverables Outsourcing engagements using RealTime PSO’s Stripe credit card or ACH features included out of box. Payments may be processed one-time immediately upon contracting or many times according to a milestone schedule using RealTime PSO’s recurring payments feature.

Once provisioned, delivery is just as fast. Delivery can begin right away on the day of contracting or may be scheduled for a future date. Consultants can fulfill Deliverables Outsourcing engagements using RealTime PSO’s project and program management features 100% in the cloud or on premise.
